Responsibilities:

  • Implementing agricultural policies and programs.
  • Providing technical advice and support to farmers.

Qualifications:

  • Desirable: Work experience in multiple locations or field positions.
  • Experience in collecting, analyzing, and using agricultural data.
  • Proficient with digital communication tools and data analysis software.
  • Strong project management skills across multiple locations.
  • Ability to prepare, edit, and revise technical documents and reports.
  • Experience leading training sessions, workshops, and developing educational materials.
  • Experience in managing innovative agricultural projects, especially internationally.
  • Understanding of integrated plant health management, agroecological practices, and sustainable crop production techniques.
